The Law Office of David T. Seif is located in Central Fort Lauderdale, next to the Galleria Mall. Our office is a general practice, focusing primarily on bankruptcy, family law, criminal law, foreclosure and general litigation. Additionally, within the office, our title company, Galleria Title, provides all real estate services, including drafting purchase and sale contracts. We assist buyers and sellers through the closing process, including 1031 exchanges. We offer title insurance and work with many banks and mortgage brokers across the country.
