Advanced Clean Air Solutions

Advanced Clean Air Solutions was founded by Meg West and Sid Zagri, two professionals with a passion for protecting families from hidden air threats. Meg, a landscape architect, brings a holistic view of how moisture and structure affect indoor environments. Sid, a certified lead inspector, has spent years walking into homes and businesses to uncover unseen mold growth. Together, they built a company that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and scientific rigor over sales pressure. Their mission is to give every client a clear, unbiased picture of what’s in the air, so they can make informed decisions. The team’s approach is rooted in empathy, listening first and then delivering data‑driven insights.

They use advanced laboratory methods like ERMI, HERTSMI, EMMA, and endotoxin testing to pinpoint specific contaminants. Their commitment to continuous learning keeps them at the forefront of indoor air quality science. Clients praise their professionalism, thoroughness, and the peace of mind they provide after a clean report. Advanced Clean Air Solutions has tested over 2,000 properties, earning a 5.0 customer rating for its integrity and results. The company’s values—empathy, excellence, integrity, stewardship, and community—guide every inspection and report. By staying independent and unbiased, they ensure that the advice they give is always in the client’s best interest.
