Modern, Environmentally Conscious Homes

MAFCOhouse stands at the forefront of contemporary Canadian architecture, blending visionary design with ecological responsibility. From the pristine lakes of Haliburton to bustling urban settings, our projects embody a commitment to sustainability, user experience, and timeless aesthetics.
Guided by a collaborative ethos, we partner closely with each client, translating aspirations into built reality while respecting natural context and community character. Our integrated approach ensures that every detail—from site orientation to material selection—serves both functional performance and visual harmony.
MAFCOhouse champions the use of renewable resources, passive solar strategies, and advanced energy modeling to deliver homes that reduce carbon footprints and operating costs. Our designs are not only environmentally conscious but also adaptable, welcoming future technologies and evolving lifestyles without compromising structural integrity or aesthetic appeal.
With a portfolio that spans award‑winning residences, mixed‑use developments, and community projects, MAFCOhouse has earned recognition for both innovation and integrity. Our mission is simple: to create spaces that enrich lives, protect the planet, and inspire future generations of architects and homeowners alike.
At the heart of our practice lies a comprehensive suite of design services that span conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed construction documentation. Our architects blend rigorous analysis with artistic expression, crafting floor plans that maximize natural light, enhance privacy, and reflect the unique character of each site.
Our project management team coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to keep timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track. By employing lean construction techniques and real‑time collaboration tools, we reduce rework, minimize site disruptions, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
Environmental stewardship is woven into every phase of our work. From site selection that preserves native ecosystems to the use of low‑VOC finishes and rainwater harvesting systems, we create homes that are not only beautiful but also responsible stewards of the land and its resources.
Our collaborative culture extends beyond the construction site. We actively engage with local communities, educational institutions, and sustainability organizations to promote green building practices and foster a shared vision for resilient, livable environments. With MAFCOhouse, you partner with a firm that turns ambition into enduring architectural legacy.
