Inner Journey with Maria provides compassionate psychotherapy and mental health support in Newmarket and across York Region and Ontario. Maria Korchagina, RP(Q), offers individual therapy, child and teen counselling, family therapy, and parent support for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, postpartum depression, stress, emotional regulation, and teen mental health. Using evidence based approaches including CBT, ACT, EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), sessions are tailored to each client’s needs. Virtual therapy is available across Ontario in English and Russian with no waitlist and free 15 minute consultations.
