Imperial Contracting is a privately owned general contracting company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and specializing since 1999 in the painting and renovation of multi-family residences throughout the western United States. We have completed projects – at a rate of well over 200 per year and with contract values in excess of $25 million — for over 100 real estate investment trusts, property management companies, and home owner associations.
