Kaohly Her has been a trusted voice for Saint Paul since 2018, when she was elected to represent District 64A in the Minnesota House of Representatives. From Cathedral Hill to MacGroveland, Merriam Park, and LexHam, she has worked tirelessly to uplift communities and deliver meaningful results.

During her tenure, Kaohly earned leadership roles such as Majority Whip and Speaker Pro Tempore under Speaker Melissa Hortman, and most recently served as Co-Chair of the influential House Commerce Finance and Policy Committee. Her leadership is defined by collaboration, vision, and a record of turning bold ideas into real change.
