Simply Deli-cious was the dream of Elaine Schumacher's since she was a child, competing with her siblings in the kitchen at home, and the community at the local fairs. Elaine's love of food extends to tending a large garden and canning the bounty for her family. Her many awards speak to her success! With 25 years of catering experience and completion of the Culinary Arts program at Georgian College, Elaine knows how to please the customer.
