Ye Prayas in Hindi means this effort, and we are making that effort to formalize waste management services in India with the vision of disrupting the waste industry through technology and innovations. Our goal is to change the traditional methods (Tareeke) of waste disposal and handling. Statistics reveal that 95% of e-waste in India is being recycled through the informal sector, exposing workers to toxic fumes and hazards. Only 5% of e-waste is processed through formal units, highlighting the need for structured waste management services.
