Our founding lawyers, Don Wruck, Jason Paupore, and Keith Medved were friends and colleagues long before forming WPPC™. Keith has been helping injury victims for over 40-years and served as a mentor to Don and Jason as they began their legal careers decades ago. As a mentor, he passed along his skill, dedication, and his genuine compassion and empathy for people. He taught that being a good lawyer is more than just working hard and knowing the law, it's about getting to know people in need and helping them.

Building on mutual respect, Don, Jason and Keith formed WPPC™. Since that time, they've worked together to help thousands of injury victims understand their rights. Often working as a team, they have helped numerous clients suffering from the most devastating injuries imaginable, ranging from severe brain injuries to amputations. They also provide help to people suffering from less catastrophic injuries, including concussions, neck and back injuries, spinal fusions, broken bones, and many others.
