Attorney Gary D. Nitzkin is Michigan’s largest filer of lawsuits under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. His firm, Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers has represented hundreds of consumers and helped them get relief from annoying debt collectors and their telephone calls. He has also helped numerous consumers clean up their credit reports and increase their credit scores while obtaining damages from the banks, lender and credit reporting agencies that had damaged their credit reports. Gary Nitzkin graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Business. He graduated from Wayne State Law School in 1987 and went on to become a certified public accountant. After forming Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers and standing up for the rights of many consumers, he brought his brand of consumer justice to Arizona and formed Arizona Credit Lawyers.
