Prashant Satoskar; Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Prashant comes from a technology & business background. He has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and real estate. He started investing in real estate in 2005 in single-family rentals. He expanded into Multifamily in 2015 and currently focused on bringing great investment opportunities to investors.

Shane Thomas; Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Shane is a Canadian-born seasoned real estate entrepreneur and co-founder of Catalyst Equity Partners. Shane started his real estate career at the age of 23 with single-family rentals. Since moving to the United States in 2010, Shane has focused on Multifamily investing.
