Our Design Process

Our design process starts with two things: your lifestyle and your lot. Your lifestyle dictates the layout, style, and size. The lot tells us where to place the home. We want to get to know you and your family, how you live, and what activities you enjoy. That all plays a part in how we design a house with you. You’re unlike anyone else, so why should your house be like anyone else’s? After defining your budget, we tailor a home that works with your lifestyle and lot, so that the end product is an extension of you—that’s custom home building. Our in-house designer has decades of construction experience, and it just so happens that he can literally draw what you’re dreaming—right in front of you—and in 3D. Although we have layouts and designs to get you started, we aren’t tied to anything specific—except making sure you get exactly what you want—and within your budget.
