Attorney Neil Magner is a Partner with Magner & Hueneke, LLP. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and a graduate of UW-LaCrosse where he received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Attorney Neil Magner has been recognized for excellence in Advanced Legal Research in Wisconsin law by the Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction. He represents clients in Circuit Courts throughout southeastern Wisconsin including: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington counties. Neil T. Magner concentrates his practice primarily on family law, including divorce and legal separation, post-judgment modifications, child custody and support matters, equitable property division and paternity cases. He also dedicates a small portion of his practice to assisting clients with elder law and guardianship matters. Chris Hueneke is a Partner with Magner & Hueneke, LLP. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and business law from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Attorney Hueneke practices in the areas of consumer litigation and probate, with a primary focus on family law. He has handled matters ranging from simple divorces to more complex disputes involving custody and placement, property division, maintenance and child support. He has represented clients in counties throughout southeastern Wisconsin including: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington.
