Simply Lettings was launched in November 2013, eight years after David Bradley started out in the rental industry. Initially, it was set up to cater to a growing demand from friends, family and other investors in search of a simple, straight to the point letting agent. At Simply Lettings, as part of our full management service, we will take care of all maintenance issues that occur during a tenancy. We have a dedicated team of suppliers with whom we work with on a regular basis that can cover all aspects of maintenance, ranging from simple electrical maintenance to extensive roof works. Once we have a clear understanding of your property needs, we will match your search criteria to all of the properties we have on offer on our database and will shortlist a selection of suitable properties for you. Over the years David (co-founder) has tried many Letting Agents, ranging from small independent companies to large national companies, all of which could not provide the service he wanted as a Landlord. David simply wanted both the tenants and his properties to be looked after, whilst knowing his financial affairs were being accurately and efficiently managed With the help of Natasha Whiddon, his business partner, they defined a systematical approach to operating a range of letting options, from professional lets and students and young professional HMOs, along with housing benefits and key workers accommodation. The management company grew from here to become Simply Lettings. Now the company offers the foundations for Landlords to build off and maintain their portfolio.
