We founded Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt (EGC)16 years ago with three ideas in mind: “Focus on fewer cases, outwork the opposition and make no compromises.”

Most legal firms accept as many cases as they can find. We intentionally restrict the quantity of cases we receive so that we learn about each of our clients and understand the critical details correctly. When your life has been devastated by a traumatic even, the attorney representing you must get all the critical details correct — those details can make all the difference.

EGC only accepts clients and cases where the traumas are extremely severe. We represent real people, not corporations, and are committed to achieving the care and compensation our clients deserve.
