Our debt defense law firm has its roots in litigation. Lead attorney David A. Fernandez started his firm in 1992 that focused on civil law and personal injury. In 2002, David took a four year sabbatical spending time studying and volunteering in Latin and Central America as well as Spain and France. His ideas about how to practice law evolved, and upon his return to Houston he focused solely on debt settlement/debt collection defense and consumer law. In 2009, the office became what is now known as the Law Office of David A. Fernandez, P.C.

Since then, we have focused almost exclusively on debt defense for our clients. We provide individually tailored defense strategies for everyone we help. Our years as litigators make us ferocious in a courtroom, but we temper that ferocity with compassionate counsel for our clients.
