Since 2011, I have specialized in the home selling and buying process as an experienced, full-time Broker. Being highly involved in my neighborhood and my previous experience with the housing authority, I will guide you to the neighborhoods that best fit your needs. I previously worked for the housing authority of Portland selling 120 of their homes all over Multnomah County and have an intimate knowledge of developed neighborhoods and those growing with potential hot spots! My clients appreciate my experience remodeling my own properties, especially my experience navigating the City of Portland ADU (accessory dwelling unit) permitting process. My husband and I finished our Basement into an ADU this summer. My clients appreciate the time, recommendations and interaction I provide in order for them to achieve their goals. In addition to providing residential real estate services to my clients, my background experiences are community centered and business oriented. Interested in community development and sustainable businesses, I received my Master’s in Business Administration & Social Work from Boston College. I served as a non-profit program director in Boston for 7 yrs before relocating to Portland in 2004. From 2004 to 2011 I worked for the Housing Authority in asset management and housing development departments. Currently a member of the Portsmouth Neighborhood Association, and the Mayors Residential Infill Advisory Committee, I am a highly active community member and participates in the Friends of Tree yearly plantings, Friends of Lombard street clean-ups and other neighborhood events. In my free time, I enjoy biking, gardening, yoga, learning about Portland’s historic neighborhoods, and a member of Portland’s salsa dancing community.
