Denise Curry-Broker Associate

Denise Curry has lived in Inverness for over 25 years, working for Baird & Warner the past tn years. Denise takes pride in striving to meet the needs of each and every buyer and seller, from singles, to families, to empty nesters. She knows that no two days are ever the same in real estate and works hard to be ready to meet the different challenges brought by today's market. Denise's top notch service and superior contract negotiation skills speak for themselves making her the Top Producer in her sphere for the last three years running. Her astute market sense comes from her years in Honeywell's commercial construction division. Denise is a member of the Northwest Illinois and National Associations of Realtors and a former member of the Inverness Women's Club and Inverness Golf Club Membership Committee. She sits on the Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Company's monthly Breakfast Group which keeps her "in the know". Denise was also past President of the Northwest Suburban Guild of Children's Memorial Hospital, and served on the Board of Directors for Twelve Oaks Media. Her education includes a BA in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and she is also a member of Baird & Warner's Founder's Club, the highest level of achievement, as well as being a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). She is a top producer in Inverness and Palatine and this past year she moved up into the top 1% of Baird & Warner.
