Our custom guitars are geared towards the visual and cover a wide array of tastes and interests including original designs and u201cRock Replicasu201d. Our art Mediums run the gamut from Handpainting and airbrushing to Faux Finishing to digital computer generated graphic design finishes and everything in between.

It stands to reason, we cater to musicians and performers, but all guitar hobbyists are welcome. Shadoe McKee, is a world renown artist and has done work for countless musicians worldwide ranging from local unsigned bands to collectors and several National Touring Acts.

Beyond custom guitars is an online art graphic design and custom guitar & bass re-finishing shop that began in 2001. Years of experience in graphics, airbrushing, painting, finishing, custom built body design, restoration and repair have honed our skills to provide excellent work at affordable prices. We treat all our instruments like works of art.


Custom bodies
In addition to work on your existing guitar, we offer custom paint, graphics, and finishing on a variety of high quality usa made custom guitar and bass replacement body parts in vintage fender styles for stratocaster, telecaster and jazz bass, as well as more modern styles such as jackson, esp, charvel, and kramer. All bodies can be ordered, built, and routed to your specifications for bridge and pickup options for custom building.
