JGM Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company. It was founded in 1980 and is currently located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96th Street. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has itu2019s own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one. Jay is the President of JGM Properties Jim is our Accountant, Karen is our Office Manager, Stephanie is our Payables & Maintenance Manager, Nicole is our Admin & Billing Manager, Marti is our Admin, Randy is our Construction Manager, and Eli is in charge of Leasing and Marketing. Over the last few months we at JGM Properties have worked to further streamline our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, JGM is continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office.
