I have over 29 years experience in the Real Estate Market, including: 1) Full-time Real Estate Agent 2) SRS - Seller Represenative Specialist 3) Mortgage Banking/Loan Officer, Underwriter & Loan Processor, Closer, and REO Specialist 4) Short Sales and Foreclosures I have attended & will continure to attend many seminars and training in Short Sales and Foreclosures as the rules change every day. I have my Short Sales & Foreclosure Rescource Certificate (SFR) I have been doing short sales and helping people out of foreclosure for over 5 years. I went to college at Bluefield State, in WV where I was working on a degree for Business/Management. I have also worked in the Mortgage Banking Industry for over 23 years which I specialized in FHA, VA & Conventional financing.
