Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices

Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices is a faith-based non-profit health and human services ministry related to the East Ohio and West Ohio Conferences of the United Methodist Church. Otterbein has five full-service retirement communities, six skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhoods (with three more in various stages of development), a home health agency, and hospice care.

Otterbein Hospice is introduced and receives certification from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.

Otterbein Skilled Nursing & Rehab Neighborhoods begin construction on two locations in New Albany and Gahanna, with plans for two other locations in Loveland and Batavia.

Construction begins on the Otterbein Cridersville Life Enrichment Center.

All five Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Communities attain 5-Star Rating from the Ohio Department of Health.
