Dr. Gordon obtained his undergraduate degree from Emory University and medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine. He performed research on amphibian eye and published several papers. During Dr. Gordon's residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in NYC, he was appointed Chief Resident and he founded the Cosmetic Clinic of Cabrini Hospital. His fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery, also in St. Vincent’s Hospital in NYC, advanced his surgical skills and passion for eyelid aesthetics. Since then he has published papers and given extensive lectures on ocular disease and eyelids / facial cosmetic procedures. Most recently, Dr. Gordon held the position of Section Chair at the 1st International Laser Summit held in Cornell Club in New York City. Dr. Gordon pioneered the research and development of the LightPod Era and was the first doctor in the U.S. to utilize the world’s only portable erbium laser for skin resurfacing. As a certified trainer in this laser, Dr. Gordon is instrumental in the training of many physicians throughout the country. Dr. Gordon is best known for restoring and enhancing his patients' appearance while preserving a natural look.
