This ensures the workouts are NEVER boring, and it keeps your body guessing on whats going to happen next. F45 is the world leader in class based interval training. The classes are designed for all levels, all ages. They are explosive, energy packed and the atmosphere sets an awesome workout environment. Our Saturday classes are our famous “Hollywood” classes. We have a resident DJ Jamie Vale who is a Red Bull sponsored DJ pumping the tunes to set an electric atmosphere which is genuinely unique to anything else on the market!
