THE CORPORATION United Methodist Homes, Inc. (dba Aldersgate Village) is a Kansas 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation. The organization owns and operates one of Kansas’ largest continuing care retirement communities situated on approximately 175 acres in Topeka, Kansas. Since 1904 when the original United Methodist Homes, Inc. was formed, the organization has been serving seniors in northeast Kansas. In 1979 Aldersgate Village was moved to its now current campus location.
