Through twelve months of perfecting the optimal slice of grass-fed beef with Anglesey salt, we produce savoury, toffee, creamy, crispy, salty slices of the finest UK beef with no sugar, losing up to 65% mass through dehydration while maintaining our commitment to environmental and regenerative farming for a sustainable future.
