Mr. Resch has argued post-conviction and appellate cases before the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has produced thousands of pages of briefing and made multiple appearances before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for criminal appeals.

In addition, Mr. Resch has extensive expertise as a trial attorney and prosecutor, having worked on matters ranging from trespassing and other misdemeanors to sexual offenses and homicide all around the state of Nevada.
