Portland Adventist Elementary School

AES was founded in 1885 by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has served the Portland area continuously since that time. In 1974 PAES was built at its present location in west Gresham on eighteen acres, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Our campus includes a large one-story school building with a gymnasium, multiple sports fields, a school garden and a generous playground.

PAES serves a diverse population and welcomes students of all faiths and ethnic backgrounds who desire an opportunity to have Christ and the teachings of the Bible as part of their education. The blended Christian environment of our school is one of our strengths. We are committed to lifting up each student as a special child of God.
