What We Do!

Water Resist provides water-based fitness classes on the Sunshine Coast. Classes include water cycling, water kickboxing and water circuit. During your group training session, you will be challenged, have fun, burn a LOT of calories and stay injury-free due to the wonders of working out in the water. If joining a group class isn’t your thing, we get it. Ask us about personal training or buying your own equipment or aqua bike for home workouts.
