Dr. Lockney is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has focused much of his post-graduate education on cosmetic and implant dentistry. One of the most rewarding things we can do is help give someone the self-confidence of a great smile. This can literally change someone&rsquo,s life. As a family man, Dr. Lockney has enjoyed seeing families in the practice, great to see the kids growing up. Dr. Lockney and his wife, Norma, have resided in Concord with their three children since 1993.
