During your first visit, we will take a look at your dental and medical history, take X-rays of your teeth and mouth, and clean and polish your teeth, checking for any issues. After your checkup and cleaning is done, the doctor will meet with you to discuss the results of the X-rays and to create a treatment plan that works for you. Make sure to bring your completed information form and insurance card to your first appointment.
