Dr. David Treherne is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, having completed his degree in 1987 with a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDSc).

He has been working in the field of general dentistry since that time and works currently with over twenty-five years of clinical experience, while maintaining his active status as a member of the Australian Dental Association and the International Team for Implantology.

Dr. Treherne has been a part of the Seattle Study Club since the early 2000s which peaked his interest in multi-disciplinary complex reconstructive work. Recently, he has become fascinated with the possibilities regarding digital imaging in dentistry, in particular the aesthetic accuracy and assurance it can grant when working on anterior teeth. Dr. Treherne is very impressed with the impact it has made on all aesthetic work in his practice from plastic filling restorations to complex porcelain veneers and even to dentures, and takes particular interest in furthering the possibilities of what aesthetic reconstruction can create.

Jaime is a registered dental assistant who recently gained her Certificate III in Dental Assisting at Menzies Institute of Technology. melbournedentist has been her first employ since certification and Jaime has become a key member of the team in her short time, picking up the details of clinical work with speed and ease.

Her job selection was based on a desire to work in the health care industry, and good inter-personal skills which relate well into the role of nursing.

Jaime enjoys playing basketball in her spare time and reading fiction.
