Our founding partners practiced together in a predecessor firm with many of the values, strengths and reach that Hartman Simons & Wood LLP has today. In 2002, those lawyers decided to break away from the bigger, general practice law firm concept and focus on what we know, what we do, and what our clients need: commercial real estate. The concept was simple: build a law firm around all of the levels and areas of expertise that clients need and expect when dealing with commercial real estate.
