After 22 years in the field, Rene became the production manager for one of Arizona’s most established roofing/remodeling companies. He managed anywhere from four to seven crews at a time, running a tight ship. On average, his team completed installations worth $180,000 to a quarter million dollars per month. After only 90 days, Rene was promoted to manager of the roofing division. In this new position, he received personal training from the company’s general manager and CEO.
