Rene Palomino started his roofing career in 1977 and worked his way up to journeyman roofer just four years later. By that time, you could have named any type of roofing project, and he’d have experience in it: flat, shingle, tile, and wood shake roofing, plus residential and major commercial projects.
After 22 years in the field, Rene became the production manager for one of Arizona’s most established roofing/remodeling companies. He managed anywhere from four to seven crews at a time, running a tight ship. On average, his team completed installations worth $180,000 to a quarter million dollars per month.

After only 90 days, Rene was promoted to manager of the roofing division. In this new position, he received personal training from the company’s general manager and CEO.
Rene soaked up everything about the business, including how to provide top-notch customer service, and put it all to action seven years later with Express Roofing.
