About Arizona Sun Supply Inc
Arizona Sun Supply was established in 1990 and wholesales window solar screen products to a large sunscreen and door distribution network in Arizona. We have recently expanded into wholesaling heavy duty knitted shade cloth specifically developed for tension structures and shade sails. We continue to grow our business by:
Providing the highest quality products, at very competitive prices
Providing prompt and friendly service
Being responsive to the needs of our customers
We offer the following products at wholesale prices to anywhere in the Continental United States (*note, we do not sell to the general public in the state of Arizona, only established window, door, screen, awning and shade structure businesses.) For references to Phoenix Metro businesses that carry screen materials as well as those that will provide free sunscreen quotes, please send us a quick note through "Contact Us".
Textilene® solar screen material is made up of woven PVC coated polyester yarn, which reduces heat transfer through windows by reducing solar heat gain and blocking harmful UV rays. The solar screens are fastened outside the home windows as solar window screens to give optimum performance of sun control while letting you maintain excellent visibility.
The U.S. Dept. of Energy says in its 1994 study, that shading the outside exposed windows or doors is the best way to stop heat build up. The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Clearinghouse says that roughly 40% of heat build-up and heat loss is through windows and doors. External shading is the most effective home treatment to counter these effects. Shading the exposed windows and doors can reduce temperatures by as much as 20 degrees. Window shadings such as indoor window film or blinds or insulated drapes do not block, reflect, or absorb the solar rays before they pass through the glass.
