TxOESR, Inc. is a group of volunteers who give their time and love to the rescued Sheepdogs who come into the Program We receive Sheepdogs from owner turn-ins, shelters and dog pounds, .Many of our rescue Sheepdogs are in good health but for whatever reason, need to find new homes. Occasionally, we take in a not-quite-so-healthy dog who we nurse back to health for placement.
