About Us

The REQ's mission is to confer legal status to not for profit associations and business corporations constituted in Québec, confirm amendments to articles of corporation and dissolution, maintain an up-to-date register of enterprises active in Québec, protect the public by distributing the information in the register and lastly, propose changes to the laws governing associations and enterprises.
