Yoga Sessions at Health Kick Academy
At Health Kick Academy in Stratford-upon-Avon, we believe that yoga is a wonderful way to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Our yoga sessions are designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness, making them a perfect complement to your fitness routine. We conduct 2 yoga practices every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM. Most sessions focus on slow vinyasa, which emphasises gentle movement and breath awareness. This style of yoga allows you to connect your mind and body while fostering strength, balance, and flexibility. At the end of every month, we shift things up by doing either a yin yoga or a yoga nidra session. Yin yoga is more meditative and longer-held poses allow for deeper stretching and relaxation. Yoga nidra – yogic sleep – is a form of deep relaxation where you are able to relax deeply. Our sessions are open to individuals with any level of experience in yoga, be you a beginner or a regular practitioner.
