Process serving in Australia

Process serving in Australia is normally completed by a Private Process Server who is licenced under the Rules of each State. In obtaining quotes from Australia, please ensure the Process Server is aware how the document is to be served;

* Personal or non personal (Any one over the age of 16/18 years of age. Depending on your legal requirement)

* If an additional witness/agent is required when serving the document. (Normally only one process server attends)

* Normally a Notary Public is required to witness 'Proof of Service' or 'Affidavit of Service'. These fees vary from AU$55 up to AU$140.00, however depending on the distance an agent has to travel, a travel allowance will be charged, as Notaries are not always easy to find, especially in country towns, and agents may need to travel in excess of 400 Km's to get a document witnessed.
