Synopsis
This book is a guide to help you from falling prey to an abusive person and becoming a victim in a violent world. If you have fallen victim, this book can help you to become a survivor. If you are questioning your present relationship or know someone you think may need help, read this book. From warning signs in a relationship to keeping safe in your environment, this book could be a matter of life and death. For many this guide can help you avoid a dangerous person or years of financial heartache. Simply by checking someone's background before you get involved financially, personally, or if you seek to employ this person. In writing this book, I wanted a small book which a person could easily read and access needed information on safety, legal avenues and resources. I wanted to create a resource for others to help them from victim to survivor. This book is not only for victims but also for those who may wonder if they are in a violent relationship or who have just entered a relationship and are wondering what questions to ask, how not to become a victim or have concerns for their personal safety and would like to learn safety awareness. I have created this book in hopes that it will help many stay safe.
